It starts from R2,400 (about $145, €130, £110), is paid by bank transfer from anywhere, and includes a balloon bouquet with a message, fresh flowers, your handwritten note, delivery and set-up anywhere in greater Cape Town, and photos sent to you. A video call for the reveal is free if they're happy to be filmed.
